This villa is located within the gated community of Playacar Phase 2. The complex has 3 large common area pools to relax around and soak in some sun. Fully furnished with all amenities including free high speed Internet, A/C, washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances, dishes, linens, local cellphone, combination safe, and more.

Area attractions: Cozumel (ferry departs playa del carmen hourly), the Mayan ruins of Tulum, Xel-Ha Water Park, Xcaret, Xaman-Ha Aviary, and much much more! A car is not necessary in Playa, as taxis are quite safe & inexpensive. This is a small town so you can walk throughout downtown and to the beaches. Your money goes further in Mexico!
